Exwold Double Winners at the NEPIC Annual Dinner
The NEPIC Awards Dinner was held at Hardwick Hall, Sedgefield on the 20th January. The Annual Awards celebrate the North East's Chemical Processing Industry and was attended by 450 people from the Sector. In the year of the London Olympics, Kriss Akabusi MBE was a very entertaining guest speaker and the event was compered by TV presenter Wendy Gibson.
Exwold employee, Pablo Gonzalez Olalla was awarded the Redhall Engineer Young Achiever Award for Fine & Speciality Chemicals. Clutching his winner's award & cheque, Pablo was delighted to receive this highly acclaimed award celebrating the regions brightest young talent.

Exwold had double success, when also presented with the prestigious Manufacturing Sustainability Award. Exwold demonstrated a successful approach to sustainability through continuous improvement. The Award was presented by the sponsor, Middlesbrough College and the prize cheque of £2,000 will be donated to local school, Golden Flatts Primary School, who have had close links to Exwold for a number of years.
