Exwold is pleased to announce that we been invited to deliver a lecture ("Challenges and Critical Success Factors for deploying Six Sigma in a SME without previous experience in process improvement methodologies: a case study") at the Fourth International Conference on lean Six Sigma, which will take place at the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow on the 26th of March.

This conference is organised by the Centre for Research in Six Sigma and Process Excellence (CRISSPE) at the University of Strathclyde, with the objective of presenting the best operational practices of different industries and promoting Lean-Six Sigma as a methodology to drive performance improvements.

Exwold has been selected to present its experience about the successful deployment of the Six Sigma methodology within the company, which has led the company to achieve higher levels of efficiency and performance through the implementation of different projects.
